During our site survey, we will take the time to understand what you expect from your unit and cover aspects such as;
Following our visit, we will prepare a full itemised quotation for you so that there are no surprises for either party. We are always happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding the quote.
When you are happy, simply sign the quote and return it to us. we will be in touch to arrange your install, normally within 1-2 weeks
Installation of your Air Conditioning can seem simple however in order to ensure that your unit runs efficiently for as long as possible, we ensure that our installations are done to the highest standards.
We will visit you to discuss the installation and ensure that you are comfortable with all aspects of the work before we finalise the contract with you giving you piece of mind that we will arrive with all the right tools and equipment needed. It also negates any nasty surprises during the installation.
If you are installing a small domestic unit, you have no legal requirement to maintain any plant records however considering the damage that the gasses can do to our environment, AC Air will include a plant log with our commissioning report. This will ensure that should you have any maintenance or work done on your unit at any time in the future that there will be a record of the work undertaken ensuring that you remain compliant at all times.
Once a quotation has been accepted and an order placed a suitable date for the installation will be agreed. Normally installations can be commenced within 1 – 2 weeks of instruction, and often faster.
